如何提出請求 / Submit a request

請寄信至下方聯絡信箱，主旨註明「tc-agent 資料刪除」，說明希望刪除的資料及相關 Facebook 粉專／Instagram 帳號名稱或預約編號。請使用曾與我們聯絡或管理該帳號的信箱，以利核對。不要寄送密碼、存取權杖或身分證影本。

Email us with the subject “tc-agent data deletion”, identify the data you want deleted and the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account or booking reference. Use a previously associated email where possible. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity-document copies.

處理方式 / What happens next

我們會透過回信確認必要的身分或管理權限、處理範圍與進度。核對後，刪除適用範圍內儲存在我們系統的關聯資料，例如授權憑證、帳號關聯及成效紀錄。若部分資料因適用義務或未完成的服務需要保留，會於回覆中說明。你可回覆同一封信查詢處理狀態。

We will reply to confirm necessary identity or administrative authority, scope and progress. After verification, we delete applicable records in our systems, such as credentials, account associations and insights records. If records must be retained for applicable obligations or an outstanding service, we will explain this in our response. Reply to the same email to check status.

停止授權與已發布內容 / Revocation and published content

你也可在 Meta 帳號的應用程式或商家整合設定中移除 tc-agent，以停止後續存取。移除授權不等於刪除我們已儲存的資料；請仍依上述方式聯絡。刪除本系統資料不會自動刪除 Facebook／Instagram 上的公開貼文；如需移除貼文，請提供貼文網址並說明需求，或由粉專管理員在 Meta 平台操作。

Remove tc-agent in Meta's app or business integration settings to stop future access. This does not itself delete previously stored records. Deleting our records does not automatically remove published Facebook or Instagram posts. Provide the post URL with your request or have the Page administrator manage it on Meta.
