本政策說明 TC Time Walk 台中時空漫步網站、報名服務及 tc-agent 管理應用程式如何處理資料。tc-agent 用於團隊營運、經授權的 Facebook 粉絲專頁與 Instagram 帳號內容發布及成效分析。

This policy covers the TC Time Walk website, booking services and tc-agent management application. tc-agent supports team operations, publishing to authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, and performance analysis.

處理哪些資料、為什麼 / Data and purposes

當你報名、聯絡我們或填寫問卷時，我們處理你提供的姓名、聯絡方式、預約內容及回覆，以安排活動、提供服務與改善體驗。網站也會處理登入狀態、必要的 Cookie、使用紀錄與網路資訊，以維持服務、安全防護及了解網站使用情況。

經管理員授權，tc-agent 取得管理帳號及粉專識別資訊、授權憑證、貼文內容與媒體、貼文連結、互動數及 Meta 允許提供的成效與彙總受眾資料，用於排程發布、管理連線及分析成效。實際取得的資料取決於授予的權限；不會因為你瀏覽粉專就取得你的 Facebook 密碼。

We process the contact details, booking information and responses you provide to deliver activities and support. Login cookies, usage records and network information support operation, security and usage analysis. With administrator authorization, tc-agent processes account and Page identifiers, access credentials, posts, media, links, engagement counts and available aggregate insights for publishing and reporting. Data access depends on granted permissions. Browsing our Page does not give us your Facebook password.

資料的使用與保存 / Use and retention

資料由業務需要的授權人員及提供網站託管、資料儲存、通訊或社群服務的供應商，在提供服務所需範圍內處理；服務供應商可能在台灣以外處理資料。我們不販售個人資料。授權憑證用於連接服務，不公開於網站。資料於提供服務、處理請求及履行適用義務所需期間保存；不再需要時刪除或去識別化。

Authorized personnel and hosting, storage, communications and social-platform providers process data as needed to provide the service, potentially outside Taiwan. We do not sell personal data. Access credentials are used for service connections and are not published. Data is retained as needed for service delivery, requests and applicable obligations, then deleted or de-identified.

你可聯絡我們請求查詢、更正或刪除與你有關的資料，亦可從 Meta 的應用程式／商家整合設定撤回 tc-agent 授權。撤回授權與刪除已儲存的資料是不同步驟，請參閱資料刪除說明。其他平台上的資料與公開貼文，也受該平台的設定與政策規範。政策更新會標示於本頁。

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data. You can revoke tc-agent access in Meta's app or business integration settings. Revoking access is separate from deleting stored data; see our data deletion instructions. Data and public posts on other platforms are also governed by those platforms.
