This course is open to everyone, and upon completion, there is an opportunity to become a future tour guide and serve tourists.
Through registration, group interviews, training, internships, and assessments, participants will acquire basic tour reception skills and develop personalized tour guiding and travel planning for Taichung's central district, shaping their unique guiding style.

I am Tofu. I participated in the 4th edition of the Coach to Go (CTG) course in English. The course arrangement enabled significant personal growth, especially with the challenge of completing the Taichung old town guiding from 0 to 1 within 45 days. It was both challenging and fulfilling for me. During the process, you will feel like time is chasing after you, but you will also do your best to organize, express, and convey the rich content of the old town to the tourists.
It was truly an unforgettable experience for me. Therefore, I highly recommend the CTG course. You are welcome to join us and become a Local Leader to explore the city and spread culture together!😌

I am Yinghui, a graduate of the 5th cohort of CTG. I am deeply grateful to TC Time Walk for providing the people of Taichung with an opportunity to rediscover our home and to introduce it to the world. The CTG course was the starting point for me to step into the time corridor of Taichung. After participating in the course, I developed a deeper sense of nostalgia and curiosity towards the everyday street architecture. I am now able to talk confidently with friends about the history of Taichung. This diverse city, created by the indigenous Peoples, Han settlers, and Japanese architects, is worthy of our serious exploration to trace its ancient traces. I look forward to the new students not only discovering the rise and fall of Taichung's history but also getting to know their own families better, and even gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.
