❓ Questions
Does it add up even if I have not signed in?＋
Yes. As long as you booked or played with the same email address, it is recorded under that address. Sign in to the member page later with a Google account on that email to see it.
Do I get coins for a Google review?＋
No. Google does not allow reviews to be rewarded, so we are simply grateful for them — no footprints and no coins.
Can I transfer coins or turn them into cash?＋
No. Local Coins are for your own use only — they cannot be transferred or cashed out, and a coin discount cannot be passed to someone else.
Will you tell me before my coins expire?＋
Yes. When coins are within 30 days of expiring we send one reminder email — once per expiry month.
