Most landlords and agents don't speak English
This is the biggest problem for foreigners renting in Taiwan: you can see the home, but you can't ask questions, negotiate or understand the contract. It's exactly why we exist — a licensed agent finds the place, and an interpreter is beside you the whole way.

Most good homes are listed only in Chinese, and English listings are often outdated.

Two separate fees, each for work done by a different professional. Rent and the security deposit are paid straight to the landlord on signing day.
The language service fee is set from the budget you give us when you start, and it never changes with the final rent. The plan fee is part of it. Interpretation is in English; each extra language adds NT$2,000.

What to bring on signing day
This is how renting works in Taiwan: on signing day you pay the landlord 2 months' security deposit + the first month's rent, in cash. The deposit is returned when you move out. We'll tell you the exact amount beforehand, and your interpreter counts it with you.
Our language service fee and the brokerage fee are paid online — no cash to us.

Why don't you show listings?
Good homes in Taiwan go fast and are rarely listed in English. Instead of a list, a licensed agent searches for your exact needs — including homes from owners who work with us directly.
Who is the licensed agent?
Our partner brokerage is 相信地產有限公司 (licence 中市仲商證字第 E0578 號). The brokerage fee is paid to them, under their own agreement and receipt.
Can I stay for less than a month?
No. In Taiwan, stays under 30 days must be in a licensed hotel or homestay. We help with rentals of one month or longer.
I'm not in Taiwan yet. Can I start?
Yes. Start before you arrive and we can line up viewings for your first days, or arrange a video viewing with your interpreter.
